programs are designed with that in mind, teaching you how to incorporate exercise and
nutrition into your lifestyle for a lifetime of better health. Bodies@Work wants to make it
affordable for you to start a program and to stick with it.

Bronze Package
Basic program offered only to those individuals who work out regularly and need
a refreshed program. Five training sessions are included with this program. You
can also get help with your nutrition for an additional fee.

Silver Package
Program for beginners. This affordable program is designed to teach you the basics
of working out. Base program includes twice a week workouts. You can upgrade with
additional training and nutritional help, too.

Gold Package
Program for the intermediate and enthusiast. This is the program for anyone who wants
to look good for a wedding, vacation cruise or the beach, when working with clients,
build self-confidence, etc. Training 3 times a week includes all the features. Plus,
nutritional guidance is automatically included in this program.

Platinum Package
Best for those who are really serious about improving their body, lifestyle, energy
levels, health, and longevity. Training 20 days a month, you get top of the line
programming, plus frequent check ups and innovations to your workout program.
